Back on My Bike Again!

It was great getting on my bike again!  Rails to trails was looking great since the aftermath of Irene. Getting into Gretna was blocked by a fallen tree, though!  So I biked into Lebanon.  The knees were pedalling without pain! I was in the zone! I just can't believe these people on their super geared bikes!  What kind of workout are they getting without pedalling?  HA! They just soar past! Maybe I'm crazy...or just too cheap to buy a better bike?  The worst part of the ride is  getting off the bike!  HA! I don't think super gears are gonna fix the soreness in my bottom! I have a special seat and wear padded bike shorts!  Getting the bike back on the rack takes a little effort , too!  Whew!  Oh well...it's all worth it!  I had a great sleep last night! I can't wait to ride again!  After a little rest!
