Winter days can be great for reading and watching the fire dance around the logs, keeping warm in your favorite snugglies, drinking hot chocolate and wearing a dent in the couch..whatever the pleasures! We don't want to dwell on the shovelling, muscle aches, terror of sliding on ice....It's almost February! The groundhog won't see his shadow we already know that! But we do know Valentine's Day brings us candy so we can get fat! HA! Try to stay positive and we'll make it through these cold winter days!

sweat pouring down my cheeks and pushing a load of chunky ice doesn't make me happy...but I keep smiling! The adrenaline was flowing..so I walked and ran around the neighborhood circle! Where did this energy come from? I'll be sharp as a whistle for trivia tonite! The kids are getting off the school bus and are whispering and chuckling as I run by...maybe because I'm an inspiration?....nah...Just a sweaty crazy adult lookin so not cool! HA! Everybody shovel then take a nice hot shower!

Enough already with the weakness and malaise I'm ready to return to the living! Gee...if I drink another cup of green tea ... I"m ready for a glass of merlot!  My spine has been misalligned from couching - I'll need to be stretched out majorly or hung upside down!  I went for my walk today despite the rawness in temperature .It felt great! All that pentup energy was released walking briskly around my neighborhood!  My brain cells have been recharged...ready for trivia!  The snow's coming down... the  worst is expected after nine pm so... the game should be on!  The shovelers will be out in the morning and the new day will begin!  Drive careful everybody and enjoy the day and be happy!
